Pending before the Court is Plaintiff's Motion for Final Judgment. (Doc. 16). Plaintiff seeks the entry of final default judgment pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 55(b)(2) and alleges damages in the amount of $1,116 and attorney fees in the amount of $2,638.75. For the following reasons, I respectfully recommend that the motion be denied.
