This suit arises out of a contract executed and performed in Kuwait in 2008 between U.S. Logistics, a North Carolina company, and Johnny Garcia, who was then living and working in Kuwait. Garcia subsequently moved to Texas, where he filed this suit. He alleges that in April 2010 U.S. Logistics breached the contract, which called for him to work and be paid for 98 hours each week...
