This diversity action involving the purchase of a condominium unit is before the Court on Defendants Midwest Realty Ventures, LLC, d/b/a Prudential Rubloff Properties, and Ronald Zarantenello's motion for summary judgment. (Dkt. No. 46.) For the reasons that follow, Defendants' motion will be denied.
