This matter comes before the court on plaintiff Bank of America's motion to remand. Dkt. # 9. Plaintiff argues that this court should remand this case because (1) removal is not proper pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1441, and (2) the court does not have federal question jurisdiction. Id. at 3.
