This cause comes before the Court on the Complaint (Doc. No. 1) filed by Plaintiff on April 16, 2013, appealing the final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security (the Commissioner) denying his claim for benefits.

On April 7, 2014, the United States Magistrate Judge issued a report (Doc. No. 18) recommending that the decision of the Commissioner be reversed and the case be remanded for further proceedings...
