Defendant Touchstone Imaging, LLC ("TMI") has filed a Motion for Summary Judgment (Docket No. 17), to which plaintiff Maggi Quillen filed a Response in opposition (Docket No. 28), and TMI filed a Reply (Docket No. 33).
