Two matters are before the court. First, defendant Richard T. Forrest has responded to the court's order to show cause why various documents in this case should not be unsealed. (Although plaintiffs had the opportunity to respond as well, they did not submit anything.) Second, plaintiffs have filed what they call a "motion for noncompliance," in which they say that defendant Forrest has failed to respond to their requests...
