This dispute arises from Defendant Sentinel's allegedly wrongful denial of Plaintiffs' insurance claims. Sentinel has moved to dismiss each of Plaintiffs' extra-contractual claims. (Partial Mot. Dismiss, ECF No. 10). For the reasons stated herein, the Court grants the partial motion to dismiss. Plaintiffs are, however, granted leave to amend, within fourteen (14) days of the entry of this Order into the electronic docket...
