CHIN, Circuit Judge.

On August 10, 2010, defendant Juanito Cordoba-Bermudez pled guilty to conspiracy to provide material support to a foreign terrorist organization in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2339B. On June 1, 2011, I sentenced him principally to 180 months' incarceration. Cordoba-Bermudez appealed the judgment of conviction, and the Second Circuit affirmed on August 29, 2012. United States v.
