On July 25, 2012, the plaintiff, Wakley, Limited ("Wakley"), filed an Amended Complaint asserting five counts against the defendant, Ensotran, LLC ("Ensotran"), including: breach of contract, conversion, fraudulent misrepresentation, negligent misrepresentation, and unjust enrichment.
