Mostafa Kamel Mostafa, also known as Abu Hamza al-Masri, has been indicted and is shortly to be tried for various alleged crimes, including hostage taking, conspiracy to provide and conceal material support and resources to terrorists and terrorist organizations, and providing and concealing such support.
