In this consolidated action, four plaintiffs challenge the determination ("Final Results") the International Trade Administration, U.S. Department of Commerce ("Commerce" or the "Department") issued to conclude the fifteenth administrative review of an antidumping order on certain corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products ("CORE" or "subject merchandise") from the Republic of Korea ("Korea").
