WEXLER, District Judge:

Before the Court is the Defendants' motion to dismiss Plaintiff's Complaint, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6) on the grounds that Plaintiff's copyright infringement claim is time-barred. Plaintiff opposes the motion. For the following reasons, Defendants' motion is granted in part and denied in part.
