Plaintiff Selena Hancock ("Hancock") was formerly employed as a medical assistant at the Washington Hospital Center ("WHC"). She commenced this action in March 2010, alleging that WHC failed to accommodate her disabling nerve conditions known as Polyradiculopathy and Polyneuropathy and wrongfully terminated her in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA")....
