Plaintiff has brought this action against his former employer claiming that Millennium discharged him (1) in retaliation for reporting or refusing to participate in illegal activities in violation of Tennessee common law and the Tennessee Public Protection Act; (2) to prevent him from appearing at a deposition in an unrelated Colorado lawsuit in violation of public policy;
