MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Before the Court are Defendant Prime Insurance Company's ("Defendant" or "Prime") Motion to Dismiss for Improper Venue, or in the Alternative, for Forum Non Conveniens (Doc. #6) and Motion to Dismiss Amended Complaint (Doc. #12). For the reasons set forth below, the Court finds that the motions are due to be DENIED.
