Plaintiffs David Sickle and Matthew Elliot ("Plaintiffs") are former military sub-contractors for Torres Advanced Enterprise Solutions, LLC ("Torres AES"). Plaintiffs maintain that Torres AES — acting through one of the principals, Scott Torres — improperly discharged them in retaliation for Elliot's having lodged a workers' compensation claim after he suffered a back injury...
