("Snap-on"), a U.S. importer of goods containing aluminum extrusions manufactured in China, seeks an order enjoining the Department of Commerce from requiring, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection from collecting, 374.15% "all others" cash deposits and countervailing duties for Plaintiff's entries.
