This lawsuit concerns allegedly defective mink feed. Plaintiff John Hackel raises mink and asserts various state law claims against National Feeds, Inc., which sold the feed to Hackel, its insurer Ohio Casualty Insurance Co., United Pet Foods, Inc., which manufactured the feed, and its insurer Cincinnati Insurance Co.
