This action arises from a motor vehicle accident between Joseph Manzi ("Plaintiff") and Gary McBride ("McBride"). Specifically, Plaintiff alleges that, on April 30, 2010, McBride negligently collided into Plaintiff's vehicle and caused Plaintiff to sustain serious injuries within the meaning of Section 5102(d) of the New York State Insurance Law (the "No-Fault Law").
