Before the Court is defendant Hong Vo's renewed motion [64] for pretrial release, which the government opposes [66]. In June 2013, after conducting a detention hearing, Judge Royce C. Lamberth granted the government's motion for pretrial detention under 18 U.S.C. § 3142(f)(2)(A) and denied Ms. Vo's motion for pretrial release. [ECF No. 52].
