On June 27, 2007, Darryl Knight pled guilty to one count of unlawful possession with intent to distribute fifty (50) or more grams of cocaine base and one count of unlawful possession of a firearm and ammunition by a convicted felon. This Court subsequently sentenced Knight to 121 months' imprisonment and five (5) years supervised release on the drug offense, and 120 months' imprisonment...
