The plaintiff, Michael Isaacs, brings this action against the defendant, Océ Business Services, Inc. ("OBS"), under the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 ("FLSA"), 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq., and the New York Labor Law ("NYLL"), N.Y. Lab. Law § 650 et seq. The plaintiff claims he is entitled to unpaid overtime compensation for work allegedly performed in excess of forty hours...
