I. INTRODUCTION

This matter is before the Court on Defendants Viedols Muiznieks', Curt Montgomery's, and Brian Domeier's1 Motion to Dismiss [Doc. No. 30] Plaintiff Paul Hansen's First Amended Complaint2 [Doc. No. 8] with prejudice. For the reasons set forth below, the Court denies Defendants' Motion.
