Now before the Court is the motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction filed by Defendants Viktor Reutskyy ("Reutskyy"), Nataliya Galifianakis ("Galifianakis"), and Otizito, LLC ("Otizito") (collectively "Defendants").
