OPINION GRANTING PLAINTIFFS' MOTION FOR REMAND

Plaintiffs originally filed this case in Grand Traverse County Circuit Court. Defendants removed this case to this Court (docket no. 1), alleging federal question jurisdiction. Plaintiffs have now filed a motion for remand (docket no. 20). For the reasons set forth below, the Court will grant Plaintiffs' motion and remand this case to state court.
