Now before the Court is Defendant Genesis Medical Center Illini Campus ("Genesis")'s Motion to Dismiss, ECF No. 29. Genesis moves the Court to dismiss Plaintiff Felecia Norwood's Complaint under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 37(b)(2)(A)(v).
