This case is before the Court upon remand from the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. That court affirmed the summary judgment granted on the merits in favor of Plaintiffs and awarding them "whipsaw" pension benefits, but reversed this Court's award of pre-judgment interest at the statutory rate of 0.12%.
