MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

JAMES A. PARKER, District Judge.

In DEFENDANT SOUTHWEST CHEESE COMPANY'S MOTION TO STRIKE AFFIDAVITS (Doc. No. 41) (Motion), Defendant Southwest Cheese Company (SWC) asks the Court to strike as inadmissible several statements made in affidavits supporting Plaintiff's opposition to SWC's motion for summary judgment.1 The Court will grant the Motion in part and will deny the Motion in part.
