On March 26, 2013, Plaintiff applied to this Court for an order unsealing the state court grand jury minutes relating to the 1995 grand jury proceedings against Israel Vasquez.1 On comity grounds, the Court denied Plaintiff's application without prejudice to renewing it after seeking appropriate relief in state court.
