I. INTRODUCTION

On August 22, 2012, plaintiff Fortinet, Inc. ("Fortinet") filed a complaint against defendant FireEye, Inc. ("FireEye") alleging infringement of two of its U.S. Patents. (D.I. 1) On August 28, 2012, Fortinet filed an amended complaint adding infringement allegations of four other of its U.S. Patents. (D.I. 8) Presently before the court are FireEye's motions to transfer this action...
