Plaintiffs entered into a written contract with Defendant to lease a property in Detroit to Defendant, so that Defendant could place a cell phone tower at that location. The contract provided that Defendant could terminate it at any time and for any or no reason. Defendant ultimately changed its plans and terminated the contract.
