OPINION AND ORDER

Before this Court is Plaintiffs' renewed motion to reconsider the Court's prior Orders of March 2010 in two cases, 08 Civ. 5093 (the "Harborview" case) and 08 Civ. 8781 (the "RALI" case) dismissing their claims with respect to the offerings they did not purchase. Plaintiffs argue that the Second Circuit's decision in NECA-IBEW Health & Welfare Fund v. Goldman Sachs & Co.,
