RNPM, LLC ("Plaintiff"), a Nevada corporation with its principal place of business in Georgia, brings this foreclosure action on property owned by Rodolfo Cobas Mondriguez, Barbara Flora Leon Castro, and their conjugal partnership (collectively "Defendants"). Defendants' 12(b)(2) motion to dismiss is presently before the court. (Docket No. 30.) Plaintiff opposed the motion at Docket No. 32....
