Gregory Skillman ("Skillman") was convicted by a jury on August 3, 2007 of Felon in Possession of Firearm and Ammunition in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). On November 30, 2007, the Court sentenced him to 110 months imprisonment and a 3-year term of supervised release. Skillman appealed his conviction but it was upheld in June, 2009.
