Before the Court is the motion of Defendants Alloy, Inc. and Channel One, LLC to dismiss the Complaint ("Compl.") of Plaintiff Bais Yaakov of Spring Valley for violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act ("TCPA"), 47 U.S.C. § 227, and New York General Business Law ("GBL") § 396-aa.1 (Doc. 20.)
