Defendants1 bring this Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff's Amended Complaint in its entirety pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6) on the ground that Plaintiff has failed to state any plausible claims upon which relief can be granted. Doc. 12. For the reasons set forth below, Defendants' Motion to Dismiss is GRANTED.
