Presently before the Court are the following motions: (1) defendants' motion for judgment as a matter of law pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure ("Rule") 50(b) or, in the alternative, for a new trial under Rule 59; and (2) plaintiff's motion for reasonable attorney's fees, costs, and interest pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1988(b).
