This action involves claims under M.G.L.c. 93A and 176D. Plaintiff Donald Bohn ("Bohn") alleges that defendant Vermont Mutual Insurance Company ("Vermont Mutual") violated M.G.L.c. 176D when it failed to settle plaintiff's claim after liability became reasonably clear.
