OPINION AND ORDER

Plaintiff brings this civil forfeiture action pursuant to 21 U.S.C. § 881; and 28 U.S.C. §§ 1345, 1356 & 1395. Currently before the court is Claimant Donna Dickson's Motion to Dismiss and for Change of Venue (#10). For the reasons set forth below, the motion is denied.
