Pursuant to agreement between Ali Ghoreishi (Plaintiff), and Friendly Franchisees Corporation and James Ellis (collectively, "Defendants" and all together the "Parties" and each a "Party") and approval of the Court, this Protective Order, as modified, shall govern the production of Confidential documents, deposition testimony and information in this action.
