In this diversity action involving the sale of a Virginia business, the disappointed buyer has sued for damages for breach of the written contract governing the transaction, as well as for related tort claims. Because I find that Delaware law governs the case pursuant to a choice-of-law provision of the contract and because that law does not support the claims made by the plaintiff, I will grant the defendants' Motion...
