Before the court is Plaintiff's "Motion for Leave to File An Amended Civil Rights Complaint" (Doc. # 76). Defendants Bannister, Johns and Mar have filed a "limited opposition" to the motion, mainly on the grounds that Plaintiff "fails to attach his amended complaint so that it is full and complete in and of itself...."
