I. INTRODUCTION

Defendants operate a landfill that has allegedly caused groundwater contamination and that is adjacent to property which Plaintiffs own or at which they live or work. Before the Court is the motion of Defendants Sanitary Landfill, Inc. and SC Holdings Inc.
