Plaintiffs Viiv Healthcare UK Ltd. and Viiv Healthcare Co. assert U.S. Patent No. 6,417,191 ("'191 Patent") against Defendants Lupin Ltd., Lupin Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and Teva Pharmaceuticals, USA, Inc.1 The '191 Patent relates to therapeutic combinations of anti-HIV drug compounds.
