Plaintiff, Dynegy Danskammer, L.L.C. ("Danskammer"), brings this suit against Peabody COALTRADE International Ltd. ("Peabody") alleging breach of contract for delaying delivery or failing to deliver coal shipments at various times from 2008 to 2011. Plaintiff Danskammer filed a Chapter 11 petition on November 7, 2011. On July 24, 2012, Defendant Peabody moved to withdraw the reference to the bankruptcy...
