Defendants Clayton Craig Hogeland ("Craig") and Jeffrey Bennett ("Bennett") are former employees of Advantage Transportation ("Advantage"), a Minnesota company that arranges the shipment of freight for various clients. From 2003 through 2005, Craig and Bennett worked together to defraud Advantage of hundreds of thousands of dollars. Bennett created sham companies, and those sham companies sent bills to Advantage...
