On December 16, 2010, David Ehrich filed a complaint against Credit Protection Association, L.P. ("CPA") on behalf of himself and all others similarly situated, alleging violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ("FDCPA"), 15 USC § 1692 et seq. Ehrich alleges that CPA sent him a collection note in November 2010 seeking to recover a debt owed to Time Warner Cable Company....
