Before the Court is Defendants Bank of New York Mellon, N.A. and Bank of America Corporation's Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs' First Amended Complaint pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6).1 (Defs.' Mot. To Dismiss, ECF No. 25.) For the reasons discussed below, Defendants' Motion to Dismiss is GRANTED.2
