This action arises from an April 19, 2007 pre-dawn automobile accident that occurred in Payne County, Oklahoma, when a Dodge pickup truck driven by Michael P. Dickenson, Jr., collided with an Oshkosh Palletized Load System truck driven by Raymond Sublett, a soldier in the United States Army, during a convoy training operation.
